Define all calculation values for your quotes and contracts.
By specifying the values of the fields to be calculated, ensure that your own formulas or costs are included in the quoting and contracting processes. Each field you define represents a value in calculations.
Your pricing types can be included in reservations, quotes or contracts. You will create the schemas where you want your values to be included on the Calculation Schema page.
Code
You can determine the code for your calculation value.
Description
You can add a description for your calculation value to provide a name. This will make your processes easier when you want to make changes to the relevant value later.
Type
You can specify the type of your calculation value as "Cost" or "Formula."
For calculations of the cost type, the values you specify on the Cost page will be included in the calculation.
For your values for which you specify the calculation type as a formula, they are values to be calculated with formulas that you can define on the Calculation Schema Items page.
Calculation Type
It allows you to specify your pricing type as a fixed amount, percentage, amount, lease cost, discount, tax, and additional fee.
Plus of Minus
It indicates whether the relevant price can be specified as only positive, only negative, or both positive and negative values.
