You can list the products associated with the equipment you've created based on serial numbers, and you can also report them in connection with the equipment.
The records you add from the Serial Numbers page will be displayed in the Equipment page for the relevant equipment, and the serial numbers you add from the Equipment page will be displayed in the Serial Numbers page.
Additionally, the equipment and serial numbers you add for your Purchase Transactions will be automatically included in the Serial Numbers page.
Add a Serial Number
There are several steps to create Serial Numbers.
With these fields, you can easily access detailed information about your serial numbers from the system. This way, you can plan your sales processes more effectively.
Step 1:
You can establish the equipment-serial number relationship for the serial number created.
You need to specify the reference number with the serial number for your equipment. Then, after adding it to the list with the '+' button, you can proceed to the next step.
Step 2:
You can also track and plan the serial number by specifying the Storage Location. Additionally, the status information is one of the fields that need to be filled out for equipment management.
Step 3:
In order for calculations in quotes and contracts to be possible, the purchase price must be specified.
You can also establish the supplier relationship of the equipment by specifying the relevant business partner.
Step 4:
Your serial number record is now ready. 🎉
Actions
With the "Actions" button, you can complete your process such as viewing, editing and deleting for your records.
View a Serial Number
You can view the information related to your Serial Numbers in summary.
Edit a Serial Number
You can access all the information related to Serial Numbers from the 'General' and 'Detail' sections and edit the information.
Delete a Serial Number
You also can delete Serial Number records.
🔴 Warning
Before the deletion process, make sure that the relevant records are not present in your processes. Deleting records can lead to missing information in your workflows.
View a Serial Number History
You can access all the actions taken on your serial number records from the "history" section. This way, you can view the changes made with the respective user information.
