Equipment Groups

By defining equipment groups, you can further categorize your equipment that you have already classified with Product Group.

Creating suitable groups according to your organizational structure can simplify your equipment management. This way, you can generate up-to-date and real-time reports based on equipment groups that you can download from the system.

You can add or view equipment groups on the Equipment page through the Details section.

Create an Equipment Group

To create an Equipment Group, you have to add 'Code' and 'Description' information.

Furthermore, you can create Subgroups for your Equipment Groups. By associating your Group-Subgroup relationships, you can provide more detailed management of your equipment and handle them piece by piece.


With the "actions" button, you can perform viewing, editing, and deletion operations for your records.

Edit an Equipment Group

You can edit the equipment group record you've created.

Delete an Equipment Group

You can delete equipment group records from the system.

🔴 Warning

Before the deletion process, make sure that the relevant records are not present in your processes. Deleting records can lead to missing information in your workflows.
