Product, Non-Product or Service 🎯
By creating your product groups, you can specify the types of product groups. Your product group types can be products, non-products, or services. This way, you can define all the types of products and services you provide in Fiorent by grouping them in your organization.
You can view the product groups you have created for your equipment in the General Information section on the Equipment page.
Add a Product Group
You can separate your processes by grouping your product groups. Additionally, you can establish a serial number relationship for your product group. This way, you can generate reports based on both serial numbers and product groups.
To create a product group, you need to add the following information:
Code: Allows you to define a unique code for your product groups.
Description: You can name the product group you create.
Type: You can specify the product group type with options like product, non-product, or service.
Serial Number Relationship: By establishing a serial number relationship, you can add serial number records related to the product group.
Is it Default?: Indicates that when no other option is specified, the process will continue with the product group you created.
Actions
With the "Actions" button, you can complete your process such as viewing, editing and deleting for your records.
Edit a Product Group
You can update all the information related to the product group you have created.
Delete a Product Group
You can delete the product group you have created.
🔴 Warning
Before the deletion process, make sure that the relevant records are not present in your processes. Deleting records can lead to missing information in your workflows.
