For your organization, you can access all individuals you can communicate with, including your Business Partners, from the Contact Person page.

Add a Contact Person

You can add both personal and contact information for your Contact Person and easily access the information through the system when needed.

About the Contact Person you create, you can add various information such as their business partner, full name, gender, position, email address, or phone number.


With the "Actions" button, you can complete your process such as viewing, editing and deleting for your records.

View a Contact Person

You can view all the information for the relevant contact person record.

Edit a Contact Person

You can edit all the information for the relevant organization record.

Delete a Contact Person

You also can delete organization records.

🔴 Warning

Before the deletion process, make sure that the relevant records are not present in your processes. Deleting records can lead to missing information in your workflows.

View history for a Contact Person

You can view the all transaction history of the Contact Person record.

Furthermore, you can view all actions performed in Fiorent for your organization on a user basis from the Audit Logs page. 📣
