Project Kilometers are created by selecting the Kilometer field from the Project section in the Settings menu. These kilometers will appear as option in the relevant field when creating a project record.
The project type, duration and kilometers are used for the project calculation.
The fields to be filled in the screen opened with the New Kilometer button are listed below;
Kilometer: Define a kilometer to determine the project kilometers.
Project Define Type: Project types created in the Define Type section will appear as option this field.
The kilometer can be edited or deleted with the Action button in the list.
Kilometers created here will appear as option on the project record creation screen.
