To group your Business Partners registered in the Fiorent system, you can create a partner group 2 record here. When creating a new business partner record, you can choose from the records here.

Definition field is required field.

For example, for the business partner you created, you selected the Business Partner 1 field as Service. You can group Private Service by defining Private or Authorized options in Business Partner 2 field.
