The Business Partner area is the area where all customers are registered with their detail information.

All registered business partners an be downloaded in excel format with the export to excel button on the top right of the screen.

The Create button leads to the new business partner record creation screen.

When clicked to Create button;

  • Name; Enter the full name of the business partner you started to create.

  • Business Partner Role; There are Customer and Supplier options. The created business partner can be selected as both customer and supplier.

  • Business Partner Type; Choose between Company and individual options.

The business partners created can be viewed on the list screen and the card structure view.

It can be edited from the options specified in the image above, located to the left of the export to excel button on the list screen. The first option shows the business partners in the card structure. The second option displays the business partners in the list structure.

You can filter and search for business partner records using the search bar.

Benefits of creating business partner records on the system;

  • A business partner can be defined as both a customer and a supplier. If the supplier is integrated with the system work orders module, it creates the relevant supplier record in a request opened in work orders.

  • If the relevant business partner has a discount rate, this rate can be saved as a fixed amount or percentage.
