The screen displayed when you enter the Project title in the Sales menu is as follows;

All registered projects can be downloaded in excel format with the export to excel button on the top right of the screen.

The Create button leads to the new project record creation screen.

When clicked to Create button;

  • Project Name; The name information for the project to be created is entered.

  • Select Project Type; There are Periodic, Time, Periodic and KM options.

The projects created can be viewed on the list screen and the card structure view.

The first option shows the projects in the card structure. The second option displays the projects in the list structure.

Benefits of creating project records on the system;

  • More than one project that can be followed from the system can be created.

  • Periodic billing plan or milestone billing plan can be used in projects; Periodic billing plans are used for service products such as rentals or maintenance mostly. Milestone billing is used for sales products in big projects when the product is paid in various installments.
