When adding a new contact person, these field are necessary;

  • General

  • Contact Information

  • Address


Contact person's title, first name, last name, position can be defined.

Title; Mr.-Ms.


Last Name

Position; Information about which department the contact person is responsible for.

Contact Information

This field is not required, it is optional. When you want to expand the information, the contact information must be entered in the fields below;

  • Email

  • Mobile

  • Phone

You can send an automatic e-mail to the e-mail you have registered here through the system. such as payment reminder, lease expiry date.


Contact persons address types can be selected as follows and the their address information is entered in the relevant field. Address type;
