When you have a account as admin, can manage other system users roles. You determine which user should be authorized to which screens.

When creating a new user, the following details are entered.


  • It is determined whether an activation mail will be sent for the user, whether user is an active user, whether user should change password on the first login.

  • From the personnel details area, records as detailed as passport number, company name, bank account number, CoC number can be entered.

  • Detailed address information can be saved for the user.

  • Here you can mark which of the roles you have created in the system has.

  • It can be selected which user belongs to which organizational unit. organizational units can be created more than once through the system.


There are separate permissions for each created role and can be determined by the admin.

The users created can be assigned from the roles you define.
