In this chapter you can describe own equipments in the Fiorent system.
These fields are required;
Name
Code
Equipment Type
Serial Number Related (Yes-No)
When you get create new equipment you can match equipment types are; Bulk Material, Comsumable, Rental, Sale, Service, Spare Parts.
In the part of Serial Number Related; you should choose Yes or No. It means if you select Yes thus if equipment type related with serial number; you can match and track your equipment in stock. Advantageous for detailed and effective stock management.
Fixed assets are items such as computers, cars, desks etc that employees are likely to check out and check in. They have a long life and are not perishable like paper or office stationary. Fixed Assets are tracked even after they are checked out.
