In this chapter you can describes more than one sales office where you doing activity.

Only click to "Create" botton on the top right of the screen and keep going create own sales offices information.

Here "Name" required, "Code" optional field.

After determining these definitions you can continue to enter other information below;

  • Address Line 1

  • Address Line 2

  • Postal or Zip Code

  • Region

  • City Name

  • Time Zone

  • Country Name

With the sales office information entered, you can effectively manage your rental activities with the offices you define.


The Earnings field in the first card structure on the list screen displays the earning information for the sales office. The earnings information of the projects tracked from the relevant sales office can be viewed on the system.

The Projects area is the area where the number of followed projects carried out by the relevant sales offce is displayed.

The Tasks area is the area where the number of tasks opened in the system for the relevant sales offce is displayed.

Create New Project button at the top right, the project creation screen for the related sales office is displayed. It is advantageous to use it for quick project creation.

All projects created in the system for the relevant sales office are listed from the icon next to the Create New Project button.

The ratio of completed tasks to uncompleted tasks is displayed in the Task Compleation field.
